LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMANCE
The seller ensures the conformity of the items supplied with the contract, allowing the buyer to submit a request under the legal conformity guarantee provided for in the linked code and accordance with the consumer code.
In the case of the legal guarantee of conformance being implemented, it is reminded that :
– the buyer has two years from the date of delivery of the products to act;
– the buyer can choose between repairing or replacing the good, subject to the cost conditions specified in the consumer code;
– The buyer is not required to submit proof of non-compliance with the products within 24 months of delivery in the case of new goods (6 months in the case of used goods).
NOTIFICATION OF DAMAGES AND RETURNS
When the goods are delivered, the buyer will evaluate them for obvious flaws. If visible or concealed flaws are discovered after verification and receipt, please inform us within 7 days after receipt. We will try to describe the flaw as thoroughly as possible. In the event of an unavoidable return or repair, you may send it to our address through registered mail or our agreed-upon shipping system within 7 days.
Due to the demand for return and repair, the supplied goods must be packaged in their original packing, along with any supporting documentation and objects, and must not be used in any manner. Shipping charges and delivery security are the responsibility of the buyer. Following the inspection, our authorised staff will react to you.
REPAIRING A FAULT
In any event, Daniel Gruzow Sarl honours the supplier’s and manufacturer’s warranties. We will remedy the fault as quickly as feasible, or, at your desire, refund or replace it. If our authorised team concludes that the product problem is not a manufacturing defect, the product will be returned to the customer, and the customer will be required to pay for damages if necessary.
We will not refund or replace the product if it has been mistreated, modified, or altered in any manner upon arrival, and the product warranty will expire.
The customer is responsible for any costs associated with correcting flaws in items that are not covered by the warranty. Please see the Repair and Service section for further information.
LEGAL GUARANTEE AGAINST HIDDEN FLAWS
The seller is accountable for hidden faults that may impair the property sold, according to applicable Civil Code provisions. It will be the buyer’s responsibility to demonstrate that the deficiencies existed at the time of the property’s sale and are of such a kind that the property is unsuitable for the use intended. This assurance must be implemented within two years of the defect’s discovery.
The buyer has the option of terminating the transaction or reducing the price by the applicable Civil Code provisions.
The items supplied are also protected by a commercial guarantee, which ensures the conformance and recovery of the purchase price, as well as the replacement or repair of the goods.
It does not cover defects produced by improper or defective usage, or those caused by a cause unrelated to the inherent attributes of the items.
Deviations in the quality, colour, size, weight, or design of the items that are customary, material-related, or technically unavoidable do not constitute faults.
