TAKE GOOD CARE OF YOUR JEWELLERY

Jewellery is both a luxury item and a crucial factor in shaping your exterior image.

If properly maintained, your purchase can become a beloved family heirloom over time. We recommend professional cleaning once a year to extend the life of your product and keep it looking great.

As a result, by cherishing and caring for your valuable thing, you will be able to enjoy it for many years and grow its worth.

When keeping and maintaining your jewellery daily, we recommend that you keep the following factors in mind.

  • Keep in a suitable box or soft items.
  • It is not suggested to wear it when exercising or sweating.
  • Do not put them on in a sauna.
  • Once a month, for example, you should clean your jewellery with a soft cloth and a particular liquid for jewellery or a liquid with a gentle composition beneath your hands.
  • Avoid strong chemicals as much as possible.
  • In the case of a fall or collision, it is advised that you get your jewellery crimper examined to guarantee the setting’s stability.

In short, you must select and maintain your jewellery.

What can you do for free for the rest of your life?

  • Alter the ring size only once.
  • Cleaning and polishing.
  • Evaluation.

During the warranty term, it will be repaired free of charge in the following conditions.

  • Manufacturer’s flaws within two years after purchase.

Non-warranty repairs are not covered, however, we will fix any damage caused by the customer’s usage of jewellery we have manufactured, or we may repair regularly at the customer’s request for a fee.

We will provide you with an estimate based on your request and images, and if you approve it, we will send your jewellery to our after-sales service.

The customer is solely responsible for the shipping and insurance charges associated with sending the item to our service department, and we will tell you once the property is in our possession.
