Jewellery cannot be exchanged, you can only return it for a replacement.
Purchases can be cancelled before shipment by calling a customer service representative. If the transaction is cancelled within 7 days, the money will be sent to the account where the initial payment was received, based on the purchase receipt.
Return
All products purchased from our website must be returned solely through our website’s returns process and cannot be returned to an approved retail partner or any other channel.
Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date, and proof of purchase is required. Items must be returned unused and undamaged in their original condition and packing. Refunds are not available for personalised goods.
The client is responsible for return postage, and we are not liable for products lost or damaged during the return process. We recommend using a courier service with tracking and insurance to return products.

Return in the shop

Examine the returning jewellery

If you wish to exchange a gem you purchased from us, you must first return it and then purchase the new item.
